An island stands in the distance, with a house perched atop. This is seen through a portal from a room filled with treasures.
This image is from my series Misbegotten Places, where I photograph small sets built from photographs. With proper lighting and camera angles these sets become lifelike, yet always somewhat misbegotten. Editions are limited to 9 prints.
