This is an image of a mythical arch that allows or denies entrance to the city.
This image is from my series Misbegotten Places, where I photograph small sets built from photographs. With proper lighting and camera angles these sets become lifelike, yet always somewhat misbegotten. Editions are limited to 9 prints.
