Artist's Description

A red winged back chair sits under the glare of an overhead skylight. The room projects an uneasy feeling of mystery and authority.

This image is from my series Misbegotten Places, where I photograph small sets built from photographs. With proper lighting and camera angles these sets become lifelike, yet always somewhat misbegotten. Editions are limited to 9 prints.
